1. Volcanic Earth Products are worldwide. Shipped via ordinary airmail through Vanuatu Post.
We are not responsible for any delay that occurs during Vanuatu Post shipping.
Items shipped with Vanuatu Post can be tracked after dispatch.
We will provide you with a tracking number when your items have been shipped.
2. All orders must be checked & lodged within 7 days of receipt & any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Processing Time: Orders will normally be processed within 24-48 hours (unless a weekend or public holiday).
Delivery Method: Orders are almost always sent by ordinary, international airmail through Vanuatu Post.
Delivery Time: Anywhere from 7 – 21 days, depending on where in the world the order is being sent.
We will email you a confirmation of your order when your order has been processed, along with your tracking number.
